3D Letters & Box-Up Signs

From across the road, a flat sign looks like a sticker. Box-up letters sit off the wall, catch the light from the side and cast a shadow, and that's what makes a name look permanent. We build them ourselves and size them for the distance your customers will actually be reading from.

Where it's used

  • Shop and showroom names above entrances
  • Reception logo walls
  • Building names on offices, clinics and hotels
  • Mall fascias with landlord design rules
  • Gate and compound name walls

Materials and finishes

  • Stainless steel

Brushed, mirror or PVD-coated. Grade 316 for coastal sites, 304 for interiors.

  • Aluminium box-up

Light, rigid returns powder-coated to any RAL colour.

  • Cast acrylic

Solid coloured letters with crisp edges for interiors and shaded façades.

  • Brass and gold finishes

Brass or gold-coated stainless for hospitality and premium brands.

Built for Saudi conditions

  • The salty air in Al Khobar, Dammam and Jubail will pit cheap steel within a couple of summers. Grade 316 stainless stands up to it much better than 304.
  • Powder coating keeps its colour in full sun far longer than wet paint, which goes chalky and fades.
  • Sealed joints and stainless fixings mean no rust streaks running down the wall under your letters.

How we deliver it

  1. Step 01

    Measure the wall

We record the substrate, fixing points and the distance the sign will be read from.

  2. Step 02

    Approve the scale

You see letter height, depth and spacing on a photo of your own façade.

  3. Step 03

    Fabricate

Letters are cut, folded, welded and finished in our workshop.

  4. Step 04

    Fix with templates

Full-size templates set exact positions so spacing matches the approved drawing.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between 3D letters and box-up letters?

Both have depth. Box-up letters are made from a front face plus separate sides, so they can go bigger and you can add lighting inside later. Solid 3D letters are cut from one thick sheet, which works for smaller signs that won't be lit.

Can box-up letters be lit later?

Yes, as long as we plan for it from day one. We make the sides deep enough to take LED modules and leave the back open for servicing.

How deep should the letters be?

It depends on the letter height and the angle people see it from. Deeper sides read better from an angle, and on a busy street most people approach from the side, not head on.

Can you match our brand font exactly?

Yes. We work from your vector logo. If a stroke is too thin to cut safely we'll thicken it slightly, and we'll show you the change before we cut anything.
